an online community of science and mathematics educators who strive for excellence through innovation and collaboration
The Fourth Grading has come, but no reason to fret.
K to 12 Science resources and tips abound in our community. What do we have?
For Grade 7 Science:
First, there’s last year’s webinar on Earth and Space. You can view the recording. Scroll to the November 23 Webinar to get the link.
Next, the PowerPoint presentations used in that webinar are also available. You can download them.
There are also implementation accounts from community members Jean Luyun and Christine May Torres that you can learn from. View the recording and download their presentations to see what they and their students did in Q4. Scroll to the March 22 Webinar.
For Grade 8 Science, we did the Webinar for Unit 4: Living Things and Their Environment on 24 January 2014 and had UP NISMED module writers as our resource persons.
You may now view the recording and download the PowerPoint presentations. As always, just visit the Grade 8 Science discussion thread for the link to the recording and the handouts.
The webinar recording and resources are free, so share them freely, too!
In case you don't have a copy of the Learner's Modules and Teacher's Guides, download and request now from our K to 12 Resources page.
